I plan to go swimming every week.教学准备1 相关的图片。2 录音机。3 多媒体课件。背景知识健康的饮食和科学的锻炼一直是被普遍接受的保持健康的良方。有关健康饮食的几点建议:1 健康饮食的关键在于有规律地按时进餐,每顿要饥饱适宜。2 对于饮食过度的人来说,餐前先吃一点低热量食品,比如色拉、蔬菜汤或者一杯水,对抑制食欲会有所帮助。而两餐之间也可以喝杯果汁或其他低热量饮料,不要吃高热量的食物。3 常吃富含纤维的食物,如水果、蔬菜、谷物等,可以有效清理体内垃圾,保持健康。4 早餐要吃好,中餐要吃饱,晚餐要吃少,也是健康饮食的原则之一。有关科学锻炼的几点建议:1 坚持进行有氧运动。有氧运动是指人体在氧气充分供应的情况下进行的体育锻炼,简单来说,是指任何富有韵律性的运动,建议每次锻炼的时间不少于1小时,每周坚持3到5次。2 常见的有氧运动项目有:步行、快走、慢跑、滑冰、游泳、骑自行车、打太极拳、跳健身操、跳绳、做韵律操等。教学步骤Step I 导入1 教师请几组学生表演上一节课布置的对话。2 与学生自由谈论饮食和生活习惯,引入生词。(1) What do you often eat for three meals a day?(2) Do you know how to eat healthily?(3) Do you like eating sugar? Eating too much sugar is bad for our teeth. Do you think so?(4) Do you often drink cola? Cola is unhealthy. How to change this bad habit?(5) If you are not strong or healthy enough, what do you plan to do?3 教师总结讨论结果,引入课文:To have a healthy lifestyle is very important. For breakfast we can have something like milk and bread. For lunch we should eat more, like beef, fish, rice and some vegetables. They can give us enough energy. We shouldn’t eat too much for supper because we do fewer activities in the evening. Doing enough exercise is necessary. Swimming is good exercise.Step II 呈现说明:本课时是阅读的第一课时,应侧重对学生课文朗读的训练和泛读的考查。在朗读环节可采用齐读,男女生分别朗读和个人朗读等方式,教师注意纠正读音,指导语音语调。在泛读的考查上,侧重学生捕捉主要信息的能力,建议通过反复问答等方式巩固主要信息,使学生快速掌握文章大意。1 听课文录音,回答问题。教师说:Let’s listen to Kitty’s article about her lifestyle and answer the questions.(1) What does she love doing?(2) How long does she do that every day?2 朗读课文。3 阅读课文,完成B2部分Kitty的表格。4 在本篇课文中找出BI左栏的前四个词,并在右栏找出正确释义。5 听课文录音,回答问题。教师说:Now let’s listen to Daniel’s article, and answer the question: What does he like to do, to eat and to drink?6 朗读课文。7阅读课文,完成B2部分Daniel的表格。8在本篇课文中找出B1左栏的后两个词,并在右栏找出正确释义。Step III 练习1 看图说话,复述Kitty和Daniel的食谱。在多媒体课件中准备包括Kitty和Daniel食 谱的食物图片,让学生为食物和人物进行匹配,再进一步细致地描述他们分别在哪一餐食用哪一种食物。在此过程中,要求每个学生描述一到两点即可。2 完整描述Kitty和Daniel的食谱。经过上一个环节的反复练习,学生应有能力比较完整的复述Kitty和Daniel的食谱,请三位学生到讲台上来做报告。Step IV 家庭作业1 朗读并复述课文。2 记忆生词、词组和句型。
