被动语态的概念
1.英语中有两种语态:主动语态和被动语态。
2主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者
例如:Many peple speak Chinese.
3被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者
例如:上句可变为
Chinese is spken by many peple.
1当关注的是事情本身而不是动作的执行者，或者根本不知道动作的执行者时。如:
The meeting was put ff
My car has been mved
2动作的执行者很明确时或强调承受者时。
The ceremny was reprted in the news last night.
If yu break the schl rules yu will be punished.
3当动作的执行者是“peple或ne”时。
He is believed t have invented the cmputer.
Advertisements are seen everywhere.
4.修辞的需要，为了使句子更加简练、匀称
现在进行时态的被动语态的构成:be+ being +dne
My new huse is being decrated我的新房子正在装修。
Mney is being cllected fr the Hpe Prject正在为希望工程募捐。
现在进行时态的被动语态的形式:
(1).肯定式:主语+be+ being+及物动词的过去分词+其他。
Anther bridge is being built ver the Changjiang River长江上正在修建另一座大桥。
(2)否定式:主语+be +nt+ being+及物动词的过去分词+其他。
The engineer is nt being treated fairly目前这位工程师没有受到公平的待遇
(3)一般疑问式Be+主语+being+及物动词的过去分词+其他?

现在进行时态的被动语态的用法:
(1)表示此时此刻正在进行的被动的动作。
My sister is nw being interviewed我妹妹正在面试。
Ya Ming is nw being treated in China.姚明正在中国接受治疗。
(2表示现阶段正在进行的被动的动作。
Preparatins are being made fr the 2012 Olympic Games in Lndn伦敦正在为2012年的奥运会做准备。

这些天正在进行着许多有趣的实验。(说话时，并不一定正在进行)

(3)表示反复进行的被动的动作。
always、frequently、cnstantly等和现在进行时的被动语态连用表示反复进行的被动的动作
这种动词形式常用来表示赞扬或厌恶的感情色彩。
