My interest in cooking started when I was 11, partly thanks to my mother. She didn't really like cooking and when she did cook, I didn't like her food. Once I was watching something about cooking on TV and I thought I could do this, so I went to the bookstore and looked for the biggest cookbook I could find.
During a year, I had produced most of its recipes and was ready for a big challenge. I wanted to create my own dishes and I started cooking for more people than just my family. To my joy, my parents allowed me to build a test kitchen. I did much cooking to test my dishes in it and my skill improved quickly. Later, my mom and I set up a dinner club that organized monthly events inside my home. Now as a teen chef, I have also cooked in top-class restaurants around the country. I am not doing it for the money, but because I love cooking.

Hot dry noodles are a traditional food of Wuhan, Hubei Province. They have a history of about 90 years in Chinese food culture. They are a kind of typical breakfast food in Wuhan, and are often sold in streets in other cities. Hot dry noodles can be served as early as 5 a. m. until midnight in Wuhan.
It is said that in the early 1930s, there was a small restaurant run by Li Bao. He made a living by selling noodles and noodle soup in Hankou. One day, he accidentally put some oil into his noodles. The next day, he boiled the noodles and added other condiments. His noodles soon became very popular because they were very delicious. Many people asked Li Bao what kind of noodles they were, and Li Bao answered: hot dry noodles.
The recipe of hot dry noodles is different from cold noodles or noodles in soup. First, mix the cooked noodles with oil and dry them. Today I made cola chicken wings for my parents. First, I cleaned ten chicken wings with water. Then, I put some oil into the pot. When the oil was hot, I put the chicken wings in it. Next, I poured a bottle of cola into the pot and let it cover the chicken wings. Finally, I added some salt and soy sauce and then stewed it for about twenty minutes.
After the dish was finished, my parents had a taste. They said it was delicious. I was glad that both of them loved it.
