unique vs. special
What makes yu unique?什么使你与众不同?
unique 作形容词时,意为“独一无二的;独特的;稀罕的”。
e.g. He caught the unique pprtunity. 他抓住了唯一的机会。
special 作形容词时,意为“特殊的”,special只强调不一般的。
e.g. This is a very special example. 这是一个非常特殊的例子。
