A new study, ut f Japan’s Fukuka University and presented at the American Academy f Neurlgy’s 72nd Annual Meeting in April, 2020, is s interesting. The researchers fund that playing ping png may lead t significant imprvements in Parkinsn’s symptms.
"Ping png, which is als called table tennis, is a frm f aerbic(有氧的)exercise that has been shwn in the general ppulatin t imprve hand-eye crdinatin, sharpen reflexes, and stimulate the brain," said study authr Ken-ichi Inue, M. D., f Fukuka University. "We wanted

The participants were tested at the beginning f the study t assess the type and degree f symptms they had. They then had a ping png sessin nce a week. The sessins included stretching exercises and specific ping png exercises led by experienced table tennis players frm the department f Sprts Science f Fukuka University.
The symptms were then assessed again at three mnths and six mnths(at the end f the study), and during that perid participants experienced significant imprvements in speech, handwriting, getting dressed, getting ut f bed and walking. Fr example, it tk participants an average f mre than tw attempts t get ut f bed at the beginning f the study cmpared t an average f ne attempt at the end f the study.
