’s 所有格 表示有生命的人或动物的名词所有格, 单数名词和不以 s 结尾的复数名词一般在词尾加“ ’s”。如: Kate’s cat 凯特的猫 Children’s Day 儿童节
1.名词的所有格表示所属关系,即表示某物是“谁的”。名词所有格常见的结构有两种:

(3) 如果表示两(几)个人共同拥有,在最后一个名词的词尾加“’s”:如: Eric and Cindy’s father 艾瑞克和辛迪的父亲(两个人的父亲是同一个人)(4)如果表示两(几)个人各自拥有, 则须在每个名词后都加上“’s”:Jane’s and Helen’s rms 珍的房间和海伦的房间(两人各自拥有一个房间)
f 所有格 1.无生命事物名词的所属关系,一般常用 “ f + 名词”来表示,即 f 所有格。如: a pht f my family 一张全家福 the name f the tree 这棵树的名字 2. f 所有格与 ’s 所有格有时可以互换,不过要注意它们物主的位置不同。如: 狗的名字是甜甜。The name f the dg is Tiantian. (f 结构, 物主the dg在后) The dg’s name is Tiantian. (’s 结构, 物主the dg在前)
2. —Hw ld are yu? 你多大了? —I’m fifteen. 我十五了。hw ld意为“多大年纪;几岁”,常用于询问年龄。回答时可以直接用基数词表示,也可以用“基数词 + year (s) ld”表示。What’s ... age?”和“Hw ld is / are ”意思相同,可互换。如:What’s yur age? = Hw ld are yu? 你多大了?
