一般过去时 VS 现在完成时
一般过去时：强调动作发生在过去，并且已经结束，和 现在没有直接关系。
现在完成时：强调动作发生在过去，但对现在有影响， 或者一直持续到现在。
1. 时间点 VS 时间段
一般过去时 强调过去的某个具体时间点。
I visited Beijing last summer.
我去年夏天去了北京。——强调去年夏天那个时间点
现在完成时 强调从过去延续到现在的一段时间。
I have visited Beijing three times.
我去过北京三次。——强调到现在为止的经历
一般过去时 的动作已经结束，和现在无关。

我把钥匙弄丢了。——只陈述过去丢了钥匙这件事
现在完成时 的动作可能还没结束，或者对现在有影响。

我把钥匙弄丢了。——暗示：我现在进不了门
3. 有无具体的、表示过去的时间标志词
一般过去时 常与具体的、表示过去时间的词连用：
yesterday, last week, , in 2020, when I was a child...
现在完成时 不与表示具体过去的时间词连用，常与以下词连用：
already, just, ever, never, yet, fr, since, s far, up t nw...
I saw the mvie yesterday. （有具体时间）
I have seen the mvie. （无具体时间）
