Grammar Rules
It is/was + adj.+ f sb. + t d sth.
描述人的品质(例如:kind, silly, clever, generus...)

可改写为:sb. + be + adj. + t d sth.
常见的表示品质类的形容词有:
silly(愚蠢的), stupid(笨的), flish(傻的), careless(粗心的), rude(粗鲁的), mean(刻薄的), selfish(自私的), wicked(邪恶的)...
kind(善良的), nice(好的), gd(好的), generus(慷慨的), thughtful(体贴的), cnsiderate(考虑周到的), plite(有礼貌的), clever(聪明的), wise(明智的), brave(勇敢的)...

描述后面的不定式动作(例如:imprtant, necessary, easy ...)

It is/was + adj.+ that 从句.
这是一个主语从句,it为形式主语,真正的主语是后面的that 从句。adj.表达对后面从句所陈述的时间的评价。
