      Since the launch f the “Small Mves, Big Health” activity, I’ve seized fragmented time t practice light exercise cnsistently.
      During 10-minute class breaks, I skip rpe with classmates. On my way t and frm schl, I walk 20 minutes instead f taking the bus. After evening self-study, I d 5-minute stretches t relax tired muscles. These tiny acts have becme my daily rutine.
      The gains are remarkable. Physically, I’m mre energetic in classes and rarely get sick. Mentally, shrt wrkuts relieve my study stress, helping me fcus better. Truly, small cnsistent mves bring big health benefits. I'll stick t these habits, as every tiny step leads t a healthier life.

He and Ed became gd friends, and Tm learned that being seen wasn’t abut winning cntests, but abut sharing kindness and cnnecting with thers.
