The self-cnsciusness I carry as an adult did nt cme frm my mum, wh finds fun even when cmpleting the mst mundane f tasks. As a kid, being pushed in a supermarket trlley n the bumpy car park gravel became a rllercaster ride. She’d speed up, the wind pushing ur hair back, my tiny vice singing ut, “Weeee-eee!” and jlting with every bump.
I realise nw that Mum didn’t find the jy in these tasks: she created it. Wh cares if neighburs can hear yu singing alng t a micrwave? Life is full f s many seemingly uneventful mments, but we can turn any f them int a celebratin.

没几个人能从等微波炉加热完的过程里找到乐趣，但我妈妈偏偏能。我最早的记忆之一，就是被她抱在怀里，一起倒数微波炉上闪烁的绿色数字。妈妈个子小小的，现在我都比她高出一个头了，但那时窝在她怀里，总觉得自己像站在高处似的。她会抱着我在厨房里左右晃着跳舞，我们盯着那台电器的眼神，就像在看电视里航天飞机发射的倒计时，兴奋和紧张一点点攒到最后一刻：“嘀 ——” 那是台 80 年代的微波炉，天呐，警报声尖锐得要命。不过别担心，我们用自己的 “表演” 盖过了那噪音 —— 数完 “3、2、1” 就仰头对着空气大喊，警报响起时的叫声又吵又欢，最后总会变成大笑。
我成年后骨子里的不自在，可不是从妈妈那儿学来的 —— 她连最无聊的琐事都能变出乐子。小时候，坐在超市手推车里被她推着过停车场的碎石路，都能变成过山车之旅。她会加快速度，风把我们的头发往后吹，我细声细气地喊着 “呜 ——”，跟着每一下颠簸晃来晃去。
现在我明白了：妈妈不是在这些事里 “找到” 了快乐，而是 “创造” 了快乐。谁在乎邻居会不会听见你跟着微波炉唱歌呢？生活里满是看似平淡的瞬间，但我们能把任何一个都变成一场小小的庆祝。
