      In February, a vlgger psted a vide shwing Tit in his hmetwn in Cuba. Tit shared his memries f learning t fly in China during the 1960s. “Mst f my friends are gne,” he said sadly. He als asked, “Hw much des a flight t China cst?” After hearing these, many netizens (网民) were greatly tuched, they decided t help him.
      Thanks t the Internet, Chinese netizens fund Tit’s ld teachers. Sn, a grup f representatives frm the Chinese Air Frce visited Cuba t meet Tit and ther Cuban pilts wh received training in China in the 1960s.
      In 1960, China and Cuba established diplmatic ties (建立外交关系). T help Cuba build its air frce, China invited Cuban pilts t train. The Cuban students faced challenges: cld weather, new technlgy, and a language barrier (障碍). Chinese teachers used mdels and drawings t explain flying skills. The Cubans wrked hard t learn Chinese, even writing wrds n their hands t remember them.
      One Chinese teacher, Mr. Peng, recalled, “We ate and trained tgether. They never gave up, even in freezing weather.” In just ne year, ver 200 Cuban pilts returned hme, becming leaders in Cuba’s air frce.
      During the meeting in Cuba, the Chinese team brught vide messages frm Tit’s teachers. Mr. Peng smiled and said, “I still remember their hard wrk.” The Cuban pilts thanked China fr its kindness. “Chinese teachers taught us everything,” said Henry, a Cuban pilt.
      The Chinese ambassadr t Cuba added, “This reunin (重聚) nt nly shws a nice teacher-student relatinship but als shws the lasting friendship. It’s nt just in the past, but remains at present, and will cntinue t the future.”
