Once again, Gulliver gt n a bat and left hme. Hwever, there was a great strm at sea. The strng winds drve his bat t an island.
Everyne n the island was very large. Many f them were mre than 20 metres tall. A farmer fund Gulliver and tk him hme. The farmer’s daughter tk Gulliver t twn t shw him arund. Everyne in twn was surprised t see such a small persn.
The queen heard abut Gulliver and bught him frm the farmer. She gave Gulliver t the king as a present. The king enjyed listening t Gulliver talk abut his hme and his travels. A small bx was als built fr him. Wherever the king and queen went, they carried Gulliver with them in his bx.
One day, Gulliver went t the beach. Suddenly, an eagle picked up Gulliver’s bx—with Gulliver in it—and carried it up int the air. But by accident, the eagle drpped the bx int the sea. Gulliver used the bx as a bat until a ship fund him.

Because the hrses were s kind and gentle, Gulliver lved living amng them. Hwever, t the hrses, humans were nthing mre than animals and they knew that humans smetimes fught and killed ne anther. Since Gulliver was human, the hrses started t becme afraid f him. They feared that he might cause truble, s they finally asked him t leave.
Gulliver built himself a small bat and sailed away.
