New research cming ut f Thku University suggests that wasabi is gd fr the ability t remember. Wasabi, a spicy green paste, is eaten in small amunts in sushi and alng with ther Japanese dishes. It is made frm the wasabi plant, a member f the mustard family.
A recent study tested peple between the ages f sixty and eighty. Sme f the test subjects tk a wasabi extract nightly befre ging t bed. The ther test subjects were given a placeb. After three mnths, the peple wh tk the wasabi extract had significantly better results in shrt-term and lng-term memry tests. The placeb-takers did nt shw any imprvement.
