Magnesium (镁) is “the relaxatin mineral” and a critical nutrient invlved in at least 300 enzyme (酶) reactins within the human bdy — and accrding t sme studies, up t 600. This means magnesium is fundamental fr muscle and nerve functin, regulating bld sugar and bld pressure, and prducing prtein, bne, and DNA.
