      I started running half marathns when I was a teenager. A half marathn is 21kilmetres. I was willing t try a full marathn, but 42 kilmetres is a lng race and Iprefer the shrter distance. I'm almst 70 nw, s I' ve dne them fr nearly 50 years. I still get the same excitement during each race as I used t.
