What time意为“几点”，用来询问时间，用It’s加时间做答语。基数词后加’clck表示整点。
— What time is it (nw)?— It’s + 时间点.
这两个句子都用来表达到做某事的时间了，t后跟动词（短语）原形，fr后跟名词或名词短语。
Time t + 动词（短语）原形.It’s time fr + 名词（短语）.
It’s time fr lunch./ Time t have lunch.该吃午饭了。
