Parents shuld prepare students t fight the battle “n the pillw (枕头)” and “in the kitchen”. When I say “pillw” I mean sleep. Nt having enugh sleep can have sme surprising effects n students, including imprper behavir, anxiety and pr grades. The secnd weapn (武器) is eating healthy and balanced meals. Studies shw that students wh eat nutritius meals and wh exercise 60 minutes a day remain mre attentive during the schl day and experience imprved academic achievement and grades.
