A Self-Discvery Jurney at “Knw Yurself”
Aimed at guiding freshmen in gaining a deeper understanding f themselves and prmting mental well-being, a series f activities themed “Knw Yurself” were held by ur schl’s Psychlgy Club last Saturday in the schl library, with the participatin f psychlgy teachers, club members and students interested in self-explratin.
As scheduled, a variety f events were well rganized, ranging frm a lecture n understanding persnality traits given by a psychlgy teacher t small-grup discussins where we shared daily trubles. What impressed me mst was the psychlgical test sessin. Thrugh the carefully designed questins, we gt a clearer picture f ur strengths and weaknesses. Hwever, it was the “sincere self-intrductin” part that pushed the activity t a new height, where heartfelt intrductins and sharing f persnal stries were s inspiring and empathy-evking.
This activity turned ut t be a great success and was highly thught f by every participant.
