Have yu ever felt like yu are falling when yu are abut t sleep? Smetimes, yur bdy may give a sudden jump. If this happens t yu, dn’t be afraid. Yu are nt alne. In fact, this is called a hypnic jerk (入睡抽动). It is very cmmn. A reprt says up t 70% f peple have this experience. But what causes it?
