考点一 头部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + raised/lwered/bwed ne's head, (with + 情感/原因)表达人物情绪(如羞愧、尊敬、悲伤)的典型动作。
例:她低下了头,对自己的错误感到羞愧。She lwered her head, ashamed f her mistake.
公式2:主语 + tilted ne's head, (as if + 从句 / 逗号 + 动作/心理描写)表现疑惑、思考或好奇,增强人物心理刻画。
例:他歪了歪头,似乎在试图理解她的意思。He tilted his head, as if trying t understand what she meant.
公式3:Burying ne's head in + 名词 / ne's hands, 主语 + 动作 / 情感描写强调极度悲伤、害羞或逃避情绪。
例:她把头埋在枕头里,哭了起来。Burying her head in the pillw, she burst int tears.
考点二 眼部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + caught sight f + 名词 / 从句, (and + 动作反应)表示突然看见某物,引发后续情节。
例:我在人群中看到了母亲,拼命地挥手。I caught sight f my mther in the crwd and waved frantically.
公式2:主语's eyes were fixed/glued t + 名词 / 从句, (as if + 从句)突出专注、震惊或恐惧,营造紧张氛围。
例:他的眼睛紧盯着屏幕,好像不敢相信自己所看到的。His eyes were glued t the screen, as if he culdn’t believe what he saw.
公式3:主语 + gave/threw a (n) ... lk at sb., (and + 动作 / 语言)通过眼神传递情绪(愤怒、鼓励、怀疑等),推动人际互动。
例:她狠狠地瞪了他一眼,一句话也没说就转身离开了。She gave him a sharp glare and turned away withut a wrd.
考点三 嘴部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + bit/curled/pursed ne's lips, (as + 情绪 / 心理暗示)表现克制、不满或思考,细腻刻画内心活动。
例:他咬了咬嘴唇,试图压抑住自己的愤怒。He bit his lip, trying t hld back his anger.
公式2:主语's muth drpped pen in surprise / shck at + 名词 / 从句突出惊讶、震惊,适合情节转折点。
例:她看到摔碎的花瓶时,嘴巴惊讶地张开了。Her muth drpped pen in shck at the sight f the brken vase.
公式3:主语 + muttered t neself, “...” (while + 动作 / 神态)展现内心独白,增强真实感与代入感。
例:他自言自语道:“我简直不敢相信这会发生,”同时在房间里踱来踱去。He muttered t himself, “I can’t believe this is happening,” while pacing the rm.
考点四 手部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + reached ut t + 动词原形 / sb.'s + 名词, (with + 情感/动作细节)表现关心、帮助或渴望,常用于情感高潮。
例:她伸出手去触摸他的手,眼中满是担忧。She reached ut t tuch his hand, her eyes filled with cncern.
公式2:主语 + balled ne's hands int fists, (at + 情境 / 人物)表达愤怒、决心或压抑情绪。
例:他听到刚刚的不公,愤怒地握紧了拳头。He balled his hands int fists at the injustice he had just heard.
公式3:主语 + patted / placed ne's hand n sb.'s shulder, (and + 语言 / 动作)体现安慰、鼓励或亲密关系。
例:我父亲拍了拍我的肩膀,低声说:“你做得很好。My father patted me n the shulder and whispered, “Yu’ve dne well.”
考点五 腿部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + paced up and dwn, (with + 情绪 / 原因)表现焦虑、等待或思考,常用于紧张场景。
例:她在走廊里来回踱步,等待医生的电话。She paced up and dwn the hallway, waiting fr the dctr’s call.
公式2:主语 + dashed/strde tward(s) + 地点, (with + 情感 / 目的)表现急切、果断或愤怒的情绪。
例:他冲向门口,决心要阻止她。He dashed tward the dr, determined t stp her.
公式3:主语 + drew/crssed ne's legs, (while + 动作 / 语言)用于描写坐姿,体现从容、紧张或防御心理。
例:她交叉双腿,冷静地解释她的计划。She crssed her legs while calmly explaining her plan.
考点六 脚部动作造句公式
公式1:主语 + jumped/sprang t ne's feet, (at + 惊讶事件)表现震惊、警觉或激动,推动情节突变。
例:听到尖叫声,她立刻站了起来。She sprang t her feet at the sund f the scream.
公式2:主语 + tipted ver t + 地点, (t + 目的 / 动作)表现小心翼翼、偷偷摸摸,适合悬疑或温情场景。
例:他踮着脚走到婴儿床边,查看她是否睡着了。He tipted ver t the baby’s crib t check if she was asleep.
公式3:主语 + quickened/slwed ne's pace, (as + 从句 / 情景变化)体现心理变化或环境影响,增强节奏感。
例:随着天空布满乌云,她加快了脚步。She quickened her pace as the sky darkened with strm cluds.
考点七 如何构造动作链
将结果性的动作,分解成更细致的连贯性的微动作,使动作结果过程化。

同一主语动作有先后关系时—— Having dne sth(先), 主+谓(后)

后发生的动作---用谓语动词
主动且先发生---用非谓语动词表示(having dne)

动作与主语逻辑关系为被动时 —— Dne sth. , 主+谓
