Stamp Designing
The stamp design will be based n yur her r heres f the crnavirus pandemic. The past year has been very difficult fr s many peple. There are cuntless frntline wrkers and vlunteers wh have cntinued t wrk tirelessly t keep the cuntry mving.
Being a stamp designer is a very skilled jb. One f the jbs f a stamp designer is t reduce the size f a picture t fit the stamp. When designing yur stamp, have a think abut what kind f image f yur her r heres wuld make a gd miniature (微型的) design fr a stamp. The final stamps prduced will be abut 3.7cm wide×3.5cm high.

I lst my phne when I was n hliday fur mnths ag. With n phne t use n my way back t Milan, I decided t buy a bk at the airprt befre barding the plane. There was a discunt n Stephen Hawking’s Brief Answers t the Big Questins, and while nt necessarily an easy read fr the nn-reader I was at the time, it tuched n sme f the subjects I’m mst passinate abut s I decided it was wrth the £5.99. I paid fr it. T my great surprise, I read the whle bk n that tw-hur return flight — and s my lve fr reading began. I was cnfused. Befre then, I used t buy bks fairly ften, hping I’d read them, knwing mnths wuld g by and I wuldn’t even pen them. S I wndered. What was different this time? After carefully analyzing the situatin, I came up with an explanatin.
Nw I realize, mst bks n my reading list as a child came frm ne f three places: suggested bks, schl bks, and “t read befre yu die” bks. As a kid, I didn’t have much experience when it came t bks r reading. S when I decided t pick up a bk, I thught these were the nes I shuld read and I believed I wuld surely enjy them. Then I ended up thinking f myself as smene that simply didn’t like reading.
It is bvius, in hindsight (在事后看来), that I actually really enjyed reading. The few times I gt t skim thrugh a bk that felt right, I wulddevur the whle thing in a matter f hurs.
Many peple apprach reading in the wrng way, s they finally end up disliking it the way I did. Keep n reading bks yu dn’t like, and yu’ll eventually cnvince yurself it is reading yu dn’t like. S just make sure, yu are reading bks that tuch n subjects yu are actually passinate abut — dn’t be scared t create yur unique bkshelf.
