亲爱的同学们，你喜欢睡软床还是硬床？到底哪种床更好呢？
睡硬床好，睡硬板床不容易身体变形，防止脊柱侧弯，并且睡眠质量高，歇息过后精力会很充沛。
但不能过硬，最好垫一张不要太软毯子或是薄些的床垫都可以。
如果长期睡习惯了软床，刚开始睡硬床时多少会有些不舒适，但过一段时间就可以慢慢适应，建议睡硬床对身体好些。
批注：由软床硬床引出Stry time中Gldilcks对床的喜好。
