It was fund that interrupted sleep had n bvius imprtant effect n a persn's bld sugar level when cmpared t uninterrupted sleep. A strng black cffee drank n an empty stmach, hwever, increased their bld sugar level t the sugary drink by abut 50 percent.
Althugh further research is needed t better understand lng-term risks, the final research result f the researchers is that drinking black cffee first thing befre breakfast culd actually have an imprtant effect n a persn's bld sugar and metablic (代谢) cntrl after an interrupted night's sleep.
