In ur mdern life, we have lst the rhythm between actin and rest. Amazingly, within this wrld there is a universal but silly saying: “I am s busy.”
We say this t ne anther as if ur tireless effrts were a talent by nature and an ability t successfully deal with stress. The busier we are, the mre imprtant we seem t urselves and, we imagine, t thers. T be unavailable t ur friends and family, and t be unable t find time t relax — this has becme the mdel f a successful life.
Because we d nt rest, we lse ur way. We miss the guide telling us where t g, the fd prviding us with strength, the quiet giving us wisdm.
Hw have we allwed this t happen? I believe it is this: we have frgtten the Sabbath, the day f the week — fr fllwers f sme religins — fr rest and praying. The Sabbath gives us permissin t stp wrk. In fact, “Remember the Sabbath” is mre than simply permissin t rest; it is a rule t bey and a principle t fllw.
      8. What’s the functin f the Paragraph 1?

      A. be able t wrk withut stress.B. be mre talented than ther peple.
