1. Strengths
The lead-in link used earth pictures and guiding questins t aruse students’ interest in glbal seasns, and the transitin t the new cntent was natural.
The presentatin f seasnal differences cmbined audi, pictures and simple explanatins, which helped students understand the abstract gegraphical knwledge. Mst students culd crrectly answer the questins abut glbal seasns.
The practice activities (chant cmpetitin, phnetic game) were diverse and interesting, which fully mbilized students’ participatin enthusiasm. The extensin activity f talking abut city seasns als effectively cnnected learning with real life.
2. Weaknesses
A few students had difficulty prnuncing the phnetic sund /kw/ f "qu", and ften prnunced it as /k/ r /w/ separately.
The time fr the "listen and write" activity was a little tight. Sme students culd nt catch the key infrmatin in the listening material in time, leading t incmplete answers.
When explaining the reasn fr ppsite seasns (the earth ges arund the sun), the teacher did nt use dynamic vides. Sme students still felt cnfused abut this principle.
3. Imprvement Measures
