      (一)教材内容
      《Jenny's family》是新教材冀教版(三起)(2024)小学英语三年级上册 Unit 6《My family》中的一课。本课主要通过介绍 Jenny 的家庭,让学生学习家庭成员的英文表达以及“This is...”句型的运用。教材中的课文内容如下:
      This is Jenny's family.
      This is Jenny's father. He is a teacher.
      This is Jenny's mther. She is a dctr.
      This is Jenny's brther. He is a student.
      (二)教材地位和作用
      本单元以“My family”为主题,旨在让学生了解家庭结构,学会用英语介绍自己的家庭成员。《Jenny's family》这一课是本单元的重要组成部分,通过学习 Jenny 的家庭,为学生提供了更多关于家庭成员的英文表达和描述方式,进一步巩固和拓展了学生对家庭主题的认识和语言运用能力。
      二、学生情况

      (3)学生能够正确朗读课文,并理解课文内容。

      (1)能够准确地用英语介绍自己的家庭成员及其职业。

      (3)通过小组活动,培养学生的合作能力和交流能力。
      3. 情感目标
      (1)培养学生的家庭观念,让学生感受家庭的温暖和重要性。
      (2)激发学生对英语学习的兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯。
      四、教学重难点
      1. 教学重点
      (1)掌握单词:father, mther, brther, teacher, dctr, student 的发音和用法。
      (2)熟练运用句型“This is... He/She is a...”进行家庭成员及其职业的介绍。
      2. 教学难点
      (1)准确运用“He/She is a...”句型,注意人称代词和职业名词的搭配。
      (2)单词“brther”中“th”的发音和“dctr”的发音。
      五、教学过程
      (一)导入
      1. Greetings
      T: Hell, bys and girls! Nice t see yu!
      Ss: Hell, teacher! Nice t see yu, t!
      2. Sing a sng “The Finger Family”
      T: Let's sing a sng “The Finger Family” tgether. Are yu ready?
      Ss: Yes!

      (二)呈现
      1. Learn new wrds
      (1)Shw pictures f Jenny's family ne by ne. Pint t each persn and say the crrespnding English wrd and descriptin.
      T: Lk at this picture. This is Jenny's father. He is a teacher. “Father, teacher”, repeat after me.
      Ss: Father, teacher.
      T: This is Jenny's mther. She is a dctr. “Mther, dctr”, repeat.
      Ss: Mther, dctr.
      T: This is Jenny's brther. He is a student. “Brther, student”, repeat.
      Ss: Brther, student.

      (2)Practice new wrds
      ①Read the wrds tgether.
      T: Nw let's read the new wrds tgether. “Father, mther, brther, teacher, dctr, student.”
      Ss: Father, mther, brther, teacher, dctr, student.
      ②Play a game “Wrd Bing”
      Give each student a bing card with sme f the new wrds. Call ut the wrds randmly. Students crss ut the wrds n their cards. The first student t get a bing wins.
      T: Nw let's play a game “Wrd Bing”. I will call ut the wrds. If yu hear the wrd n yur card, crss it ut. The first ne t get a bing wins.
      Ss: Play the game.

      2. Learn the sentence pattern

      Ask students t intrduce their wn family members and their ccupatins in pairs.
      T: Nw please wrk in pairs. Intrduce yur wn family members and their ccupatins t yur partner. Fr example, “This is my father. He is a wrker.”
      Ss: This is my father. He is a... This is my mther. She is a...

      1. Listen and repeat
      Play the tape f “Jenny's family”. Let students listen and repeat.

      Ss: This is Jenny's family. This is Jenny's father. He is a teacher. This is Jenny's mther. She is a dctr. This is Jenny's brther. He is a student.

      2. Read in grups
      Divide students int grups. Ask them t read the text tgether.
      T: Nw let's read the text in grups. Each grup can read it several times.

      3. Ask and answer
      Ask sme questins abut the text and let students answer.
      T: What's Jenny's father's jb?
      Ss: He is a teacher.

      Ss: She is a dctr.
      T: What's Jenny's brther's jb?
      Ss: He is a student.

      (四)巩固拓展
      1. Make a family album
      Ask students t draw pictures f their family members and write dwn their ccupatins. Then make a family album and intrduce it t the class.
      T: Nw please draw pictures f yur family members and write dwn their ccupatins. Then make a family album and intrduce it t the class.
      Ss: Draw pictures, write dwn ccupatins, make a family album and intrduce it. Fr example, “This is my family album. This is my father. He is a pliceman. This is my mther. She is a nurse.”

      2. Rle-play
      Divide students int grups. Ask them t rle-play Jenny's family r their wn family. They can use the sentence pattern “This is... He/She is a...” t intrduce each family member.
      T: Nw let's d a rle-play. Divide int grups. Yu can rle-play Jenny's family r yur wn family. Use “This is... He/She is a...” t intrduce each family member.

      1. Summary
      T: Tday we learned Unit 6 “My family”. We learned the wrds “father, mther, brther, teacher, dctr, student” and the sentence pattern “This is... He/She is a...”. We als learned abut Jenny's family. Can yu remember them?
      Ss: Yes.

      八、教学反思
      通过本节课的教学,学生们基本掌握了家庭成员的英文表达以及职业描述的句型,能够用英语介绍自己的家庭成员及其职业。在教学过程中,我采用了多种教学方法,如直观教学法、游戏教学法、小组合作法等,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的学习积极性。同时,我也注重了情感教育,让学生感受到家庭的温暖和重要性。然而,在教学过程中也存在一些不足之处,如部分学生在发音方面还存在一些问题,需要在今后的教学中加强发音训练;在小组活动中,有些学生的参与度不高,需要进一步引导和鼓励。在今后的教学中,我将不断改进教学方法,提高教学质量,让学生们在轻松愉快的氛围中学习英语。
