如果要表达某地没有某物或某人，或者询问什么地方是否有某物或某人时，就要用到 there be句型的否定和疑问形式。在there be句型中，其疑问形式是将be提至there之前，构成is there / are there的句式，其否定形式是在be后面加nt(可以缩写)。例句：There is an apple n the desk. （陈述句。）Is there an apple n the desk? （疑问句）Yes, there is.(肯定回答)N, there isn’t.（否定回答）There isn’t an apple n the desk.(否定句)

总结：there be句型的变化形式与系动词be的变化形式相似: 变疑问句，直接把 be提前，变否定句，直接在be后面加nt。注意： be 的形式变化一般视其后面名词的单复数而定。 there is / are用于表示现在某个地方有某物或某人时，所表示的物或人都是泛指，而非特指。例句:There is sme water in the bttle.瓶子里有些水。There are many students in the classrm.教室里有很多学生
There be 句型的重点考法1. 判断主语与be动词的单复数一致性。例句：There is a bk n the desk. （单数）There are three apples in the basket. （复数）2. 就近原则： be动词与最近的主语保持一致（尤其并列主语时）。例句：There is a pen and tw bks n the table. （靠近的是a pen，用is）There are tw bks and a pen n the table. （靠近的是tw bks，用are）3. 否定：在be动词后加 nt，注意any和smeThere isn't any water in the bttle.
