Keeping kids busy with varius activities prvides them with a well-runded scial life. Grwing up, I knew many teenagers wh were actively invlved in bth sprts and student gvernment. Thse teenagers all ended up ging t cllege and graduating. This may nt be the situatin in all cases, but frm what I have nticed, teens wh stay active and d gd in the cmmunity are typically the nes wh deal with anxiety and depressin(抑郁) better.
