With the start f the natinal “Weight Management Year” plan, “weight management” has becme a ht tpic n scial media. Maintaining a healthy weight is f great significance. It nt nly helps us lk gd but als keeps ur bdy in a healthy state, reducing the risk f varius diseases.
Persnally, I nce struggled with my weight. I felt tired easily and lacked cnfidence. Then I started t eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Gradually, I lst sme weight and became mre energetic.
Our schl has als taken actin. It ffers special P.E. classes fcusing n weight management and prvides healthy meal ptins in the cafeteria.
T better manage weight, I suggest schls rganize mre utdr activities. Als, we students shuld raise awareness and take the initiative t cntrl ur weight fr a better life.2025 will be a great year fr sprts lvers! There are many fun events, like basketball training, rbt games, and traditinal Chinese sprts. Whether yu like swimming, technlgy, r adventures, there’s smething fr everyne.
