根据上文“When was the last time yu had t memrize a phne number? The chances are that it has been years, given that yu can simply use yur digital devices t memrize that number fr yu. In a wrld f digital infrmatin, a new phenmenn “digital amnesia”, which refers t the lss f ur brains’ ability t remember infrmatin as we becme dependent n technlgy t get data, is starting t spread acrss the cuntry.(你上一次记电话号码是什么时候?

此空为小标题;根据本段内容“Instead f depending n yur phne, set ut t design a reliable wrkut plan, which uses printed instructins t train yur memry. There are several techniques yu can use, but whichever nes yu chse, physical paper is the key. It allws yu t exercise yur brain t find the answer within the pages themselves, rather than turning t yur phne fr help.(与其依赖你的手机,不如着手设计一个可靠的锻炼计划,使用打印的说明来训练你的记忆力。
根据上文“There is n denying that digital devices have made ur lives extremely cnvenient.(不可否认,数字设备使我们的生活非常方便)”以及后文“Althugh we can try t avid using digital devices, it is undeniable that we will need them fr certain tasks.(虽然我们可以尽量避免使用数字设备,但不可否认的是,我们将需要它们来完成某些任务)”可知,第四段先承认数字设备的便利,后需转折指出其负面影响。
根据后文“It can be a very effective tl, but its usefulness, r uselessness, entirely depends n yur attitude. Yu have t learn hw t use it crrectly s that it desn’t take ver.(它可以是一个非常有效的工具,但它的有用或无用,完全取决于你的态度。
