中国现代画家、美术教育家徐悲鸿1895年出生于江苏宜兴，擅长人物、走兽、花鸟。
Xu began studying classic Chinese wrks and calligraphy with his father Xu Dazhang when he was six, and Chinese painting when he was nine.徐悲鸿从小跟父亲徐达章学习诗文书画。
13岁后随父辗转于乡村镇里，卖画为生，接济家用。日子虽然艰苦，却丰富了徐悲鸿的阅历，开拓了其艺术视野。
