    外研版九年级上册英语Module 7 Great books大单元教学设计单元主题Module7 Great books授课人年级九年级上册课型新授课课时5单元内容分析本模块主题属于“人与社会”范畴,涉及“中外文学史上有代表性的作家和作品”。学生应做到对本模块的知识有一定的基础认知。通过学习,学生应加深对中国传统文化的了解,对西方著名作家、戏剧家及其文学作品的了解。Unit 1主要通过贝蒂要加入一个网络论坛,讨论由一些著名作家所写的名著而展开话题。通过听力向人们介绍了中外文坛史上的三位巨匠——孔子、莎士比亚和马克·吐温及他们的作品对现代人思想的影响。Unit 2的课文以名著推介的形式介绍《汤姆·索耶历险记》这部小说,使Unit 1的话题和Unit 2的课文有机结合。Unit 3主要介绍了一般现在时的被动语态。这是学生们第一次感知、体验并全面系统地学习被动语态这个新语法。一般现在时的被动语态好坏的掌握直接影响着第八模块的一般过去时的被动语态和第九模块的一般将来时的被动语态的程度继续学习,所以学好一般现在时的被动语态至关重要。学情分析单元教学目标1.能正确理解并使用本模块的单词及短语。2.提高学生听说、阅读英语短文和书面表达的能力。重难点重点:1,掌握文中的重点词汇、句型及日常交际用语。2,一般现在时的被动语态的构成及在真实语言环境中的具体应用。3,熟练运用主动语态变被动语态的方法(口诀记忆)。4,了解最喜爱的电影或书籍所表达的内涵对人们的具体影响。 难点:1,一般现在时的被动语态的构成及在真实语言环境中的具体应用。2,熟练运用主动语态变被动语态的方法(口诀记忆)。Module7 课时教学设计教学内容Unit 1 We're still influenced by Confucius's ideas.课 型Listening and speaking 二次设计教学课时2 2素养目标1.掌握一般现在时的被动语态的用法。2.了解一般现在时的被动语态的用法。教学重点1,能正确理解使用本单元的单词、词组及句型。2,能听懂和阅读关于介绍问题的语言材料,能通过相关词汇和图片描述自己和他人的问题。教学难点熟练掌握一般现在时的被动语态的用法。教学过程Step 1Lead-in 【设计意图】用学生熟悉的话题导入新课,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,更重要的是,通过老师的表述,如运用重读、稍慢的语速等方式强调被动语态的句子,让学生在真实的语境中感知被动语态。Step 2Listening【设计意图】进行听力训练,培养学生辨别信息、捕捉重要信息的能力。Step 3 Reading1.Asks the students to listen to the dialogue in Activity 3.They should pay attention to the pronunciations of the words.2.The teacher plays it again and asks the students to answer the questions.3.(1)Ask students to guess the meaning of new words and phrases according to the context,and then compare with the word list to check if the guess is accurate.(2)Then ask the students to read again and find out the key phrases and sentence patterns in the text.Key phrases:…Sentence patterns:…(3)Ask students to say the meaning of these phrases and make as many sentences as possible. Then the teacher explains the usage of the key sentence patterns. Teachers can give examples while making explanations,and then let students make sentences. If there is any mistake,the teacher corrects it in time. 【设计意图】让学生自己阅读对话、找生词并猜测生词意思的方式比教师直接讲解更能加深印象,记忆起来更容易。Step 4Practice1.Match the people with the descriptions in Activity 3.(1)Ask the students to read the conversation again and finish the task.(2)Check their answers.2.First ask the students to say the meaning of the words in the box,and then use the correct form of these words to complete the passage in Activity 4.When students complete the passage,teachers can walk around the classroom to check their work.If the students have questions,the teacher can help them in time.Then ask three students to say their answers one by one.Let other students judge whose answer is correct.【设计意图】教师巡视学生做题情况,并及时给予指导,使学生做题时感到轻松自如,调动他们学习的积极性。Step 5 Work in pairs1.Divide the students into five groups,and the students in each group will answer the questions of Activity 6.Do you agree with the following opinions? (2)Who is it written by? (3)What's it about?【设计意图】通过提问激发学生的兴趣,让学生积极主动地参与到课堂中。Step 2 Presentation1.Learn new words. Learn new words according to the pictures and the phonetic symbols on the word list.2.Practise words.(1)Give the students a few minutes to remember the words,and then the teacher take out the cards with the words on them.
