Startled by my wrds, Mr. Lmis gazed at me cautiusly, shaking his head, “Actually, I was very cnfused and disappinted when yu quit casting. Yu were cast fr yur gd vcal range and passin fr the stage.” With chked emtins, I explained, “I didn’t want t create visual tensin due t my birthmark. I thught yu cast me ut f pity but what yu desired definitely was perfectin.” Patting me n the shulder, Mr. Lmis tld me that theater was fr everyne, and perfectin isn’t abut being flawless, yet it was abut bringing a genuine spirit and cnnectin t the perfrmance. With these wrds striking int my heart, I decided t fllw my passin and be the perfect Sandy myself.
