In 1826, a Frenchman named Niepce needed pictures fr his business. But he was nt a gd artist. S he invented a very simple camera. He put it in a windw f his huse and tk a picture f his yard. That was the first phtgraph.
The next imprtant date in the histry f phtgraphy was 1837. That year, Daguerre, anther French, tk a picture f his studi. He used a new kind f camera and a different prcess. In his pictures, yu culd see everything very clearly, even the smallest details. This kind f phtgraph was called a daguerretype.
Sn, ther peple began t use Daguerre’s prcess. Travelers brught back daguerretypes frm all arund the wrld. Peple phtgraphed famus buildings, cities and muntains.
In abut 1840, the prcess was imprved. Then phtgraphers culd take pictures f peple and mving things. The prcess was nt simple. The phtgraphers had t cary lts f films and prcessing equipment. But this did nt stp the phtgraphers, especially in the United States. After 1840s daguerretype artists were ppular in mst cities.
Mathew Brady was a well - knwn American phtgrapher. He tk many pictures f famus peple. The pictures were unusual because they were very life - like and full f persnality（个性）.
Brady was als the first presn t take pictures f war. His 1862 Civil War pictures shwed dead sldiers and ruined cities. They made the war seem mre real and mre terrible.
In the 1880s, new inventins began t change phtgraphy… Phtgraphers culd buy films readymade in rlls（卷）. S they did nt have t make the film themselves. Als, they did nt have t prcess the film immediately. They culd bring it back t their studis and develp it later meaning that they did nt have t carry lts f equipment. And finally, the inventin f the small handheld camera made phtgraphy less expensive.

A frg is a cld-blded animal, which lives bth in water and n land. At first, it’s a spawn and abut 10 days later, it will becme a tadple, which is a baby frg. The tadple lives in water. After ver 40 days, the tadple grws int a yung frg. Then the yung frg jumps ut f water and begins its life n land, feeding n insects. During the winter, it hibernates. When spring cmes, it wakes up and jumps back int water t spawn and new frgs will be brn.
