    Tara smthly cmpleted her backstrke lap, then the breaststrke. She mved ahead, and kept the lead thrugh the freestyle lap, scring a cmfrtable win. She lked up at the screbard. The results listed her as the winner. Wuld that hld up after her mistake?
    A few minutes later, the annunce read the results. Tara had been disqualified, meaning she’d scred nne fr her team. “Butterfly, backstrke, breaststrke, freestyle, I knew the rder,” Tara muttered as she prepared fr the final relay (接力赛).
    Each f the fur relay members wuld cmplete ne lap f the 25-metre pl, and all wuld swim freestyle. As the final swimmer, Tara had an pprtunity t make up fr the disqualificatin.
    The first swimmers fr each team were lined up at the end f the pl, shaking ut their arms and legs as they lsened up. Tara reached her arms t the sides and gently swung them. All set, she thught.
    Tara’s teammates swam well. After tw lengths f the pl, they had a small lead. But the third swimmer fell back a bit. As the leader apprached the wall, Tara’s teammate Hannah was slightly behind. “Cme n, cme n!” Tara whispered. She leaned frward, ready t spring as sn as Hannah tuched the wall. Sn after the leader dived int the pl, Tara did t.
