Sprts scientist Dr Helen Lpez ffers the fllwing advice t teenagers: "Firstly, yu need t find ut yur present level f fitness. Then yu can design a prgramme that will help yu becme healthier."
Dr Lpez suggests that there are three levels f fitness that need a change f lifestyle. "Overweight" means that the persn gets very little exercise and ften has a serius weight prblem. Dr Lpez suggests ne hur a week r mre n running and ther frms f intensive exercise, tgether with fifteen minutes a day spent n stretching and bending activities.
