    【8题详解】
    考查定语从句。句意:大海林深处是一个神奇的地方,从十月到三月都会下雪。分析句子结构可知,空格处引导非限制性定语从句,place是先行词,从句中缺少地点状语,因此使用where引导定语从句。故填where。

Hw can we gain benefits frm feedback practices while reducing their disadvantages? There are sme ways t help yu.

While much attentin is given t the “hw” f feedback delivery, the real value lies in the “what” f feedback, that is the richness f its infrmatin. “High infrmatin” feedback shuld include tw imprtant pints: checking the crrectness f the teacher’s apprach when there is nly ne crrect methd and ffering infrmatin t fill gaps in understanding and guide the recipient twards a desired apprach.
We knw that feedback is quite imprtant fr teachers’ prfessinal develpment. After reading the infrmatin abve, with established effective feedback methds, we can make the feedback prcess mre effective and useful fr mre teachers in ways that finally imprve students’ learning.
