演讲稿是一种常见的应用文体，是一种用来交流思想、经验，表达主张、见解的文稿，具有宣传、教育和鼓舞等作用。演讲稿的语言要具有感染力，通常可以使用祈使句、感叹句等句式来达到这种目的。时态应以一般现在时为主。人称宜用第一人称，这样能引起更多人的关注与共鸣。

演讲最常用的称呼是Ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用Fellw students, Distinguished guests, Mr. Chairman, Hnrable judges等。但也常用Gd mrning / Gd afternn / Gd evening, everyne! Hell, everyne!等句子开头。
A basic speech frmat is simple. It cnsists f three parts:
an pening r intrductinthe bdy an ending (r summary).
开头：好的开头能够紧紧地抓住听众的注意力，为整场演讲的成功打下基础。常用的开头有点明主题、交代背景、提出问题等。正文：它是整篇演讲的主体，必须有重点、有层次。由于演讲材料是通过口头表达的，为了便于听众理解，各段落应上下连贯，段与段之间有适当的过渡和呼应。
结尾：它是演讲内容的收束，起着深化主题的作用。结尾的方法有归纳法、引文法、反问法等。归纳法是概括一篇演讲的中心思想，总结强调主要观点；引文法则是引用名言警句，升华主题，留下思考；反问法是以问句引发听众思考和对演讲者观点的认同。此外，演讲稿的结尾也可以用感谢、展望、鼓舞等语句作结，使演讲能自然收束，给人留下深刻印象。
