【写作指导】
个人情感和态度指人的喜怒哀乐、骄傲、孤独、紧张、害怕、兴奋、后悔等，以及微笑、大笑、大哭、面部表情、手势等情感表达的方法，也指学生对学校或家庭、社会中所产生的切身体验及相关心情。对人物情感的描写常常使人物的形象显得生动鲜活。具体写作手法如下：
情感似人的“手”，可以比喻成一双无形的手，控制掌控人们的情感，表达自己的态度。如：“抓住” grasp，seize, grip, take hld f; “撕成碎片”tear int pieces; “覆盖”cver。
