Setting running gals is a great way t stay mtivated t run, and the start f a new year is the perfect time t think abut what yu want t achieve. Here are sme tips fr setting reasnable gals:
Chse practical gals. Never set a gal that yu can’t achieve. Fr example, yu’re nt ging t cver 5 km in 25 minutes with yur best persnal recrd being 35 minutes. Yur chances f achieving yur gals will be much better if they’re practical.
