If yur gal is t cmplete a 10K, first try t run a 3K r 5K, and then 8K every time. An added advantage f setting these small, easy gals is that even if yu dn't meet yur final gal at last, yu'll still achieve ther success alng the way.
Pick sme fun gals, t. Nt all yur running gals have t be perfrmance-related. Cme up with sme creative gals, such as running a race n a hliday, running a race fr charity, reading a bk abut running, and making sme new friends while running.
