    Yu shuld make exercise as part f yur daily life—yu shuldn’t sit at yur desk all day. Perhaps there is a gym n 11 where yu wrk—keep sme sprts clthes at wrk and g there fr just 15 minutes during yur lunch break when yu can. Yu dn’t have t exercise fr a1 12 perid. Ten minutes every nw and then is enugh.
