一、 宾语从句的引导词当一个陈述句作宾语时,宾语从句用that引导;当一个一般疑问句作宾语时,宾语从句用whether或if引导;当一个特殊疑问句作宾语时,宾语从句用原来的疑问代词what, wh, which等或疑问副词when, where, hw, why等引导。
二、 宾语从句的时态如果主句的谓语是现在时态,宾语从句的谓语可根据需要使用适当的时态;如果主句的谓语是过去时态,宾语从句的谓语常用相应的过去时态;如果宾语从句表述的是客观真理,不管主句的谓语是什么时态,该从句用现在时态。三、 宾语从句的语序宾语从句用陈述句语序。

在复合句中, 修饰某一名词或代词的从句叫作定语从句。引导定语从句的词叫关系词,被定语从句修饰的名词或代词叫先行词。引导定语从句的有关系代词wh, that, which, whm, whse和关系副词when, where, why。
由关系代词that, which, wh和whm引导的限制性定语从句。1. 关系代词that引导的限制性定语从句。that在从句中作主语或宾语,可以指物,也可以指人。作宾语时,that可省略。2. 关系代词which引导的限制性定语从句。which在从句中作主语或宾语,只可以指物。作宾语时,which可省略。3. 关系代词wh和whm引导的限制性定语从句。wh和whm只可以指人,wh在从句中作主语或宾语,whm在从句中作宾语。作宾语时,wh和whm可省略。
4. 关系代词的特殊用法 只能用that的情况: (1) 先行词为all, any, many, much, everything, nthing, nne, the ne等不定代词时。 (2) 先行词被序数词或形容词的最高级修饰时。 (3) 先行词被the nly, the very, the last, the same, the last, little, few等修饰时。 (4) 当主句是以wh或which开头的特殊疑问句时。
(5) 先行词既有人又有物时。(6) 主句是there be结构, 修饰主语的定从语从句用that。只能用which的情况:(1) 关系代词作介词的宾语时,用“介词+which”结构。(2) 引导非限制性定语从句指物时,多用which。(3) 如果先行词本身是that或thse时,只能用which。
关系副词的用法when表示时间,在从句中作时间状语。where表示地点,在从句中作地点状语。why表示原因,在从句中作原因状语,先行词是reasn。
