Chinese writer Hai Ya's The Space-Time Painter wn the Hug Award(雨果奖)fr Best Nvelette(中短篇小说)n Oct. 21st. He became the third Chinese writer t win a Hug Award after Liu Cixin and Ha Jingfang.
