It means dn’t eat anything fr 16 hurs in every 24 hurs, which includes sleep time. And nly eat within an eight-hur “windw”. During the 16 hurs, yu can cnsume calrie-free drinks including water, cffee and tea — n milk. (19) Early prblems can invlve hunger and md changes, but mst peple find their bdies sn adjust t their new eating pattern and find it easier t keep up with than ther diet plans.
