If yu are appraising yur capacity t perfrm an unfamiliar task, fr instance, dn’t just rely n a vague idea f what it wuld invlve Instead, take a bit mre time t think carefully thrugh the steps that yu wuld have t take t achieve the gal. Yu may find that there are huge gaps in yur knwledge that yu need t fill befre yu put yurself frward.
Given the ptential f technlgical crutches t inflate cnfidence in yur knwledge, yu culd als check yur nline habits. Yu culd briefly pause and try yur hardest t remember a fact befre starting an Internet search. It requires a willingness t be puzzled. Yu have t feel yur ignrance, which can be uncmfrtable.
