Fd allergies（过敏） have been n the rise. In the US, it is nt estimated that ver 10 percent f the adult ppulatin has an allergy t peanuts, shellfish, dairy r anther type f fd. The mst cmmn types f fd allergies are caused by antibdies that we make called immunglbulin （免疫球蛋白）E r IgE. These antibdies were discvered in the mid-1960s and started an era f allergy research that is still ging strng tday. The early findings have led t thusands f studies that paint a cmplicated picture f hw allergies wrk, suggesting ways in which we can prevent and treat them.
