He has a sore back.他受伤了。他背疼。2.I hurt myself when I played basketball yesterday.当我昨天打篮球的时候我受伤了。3.Jenny cut herself.珍妮把自己弄伤了。Step 2 Modal verbs should/ shouldn’t for suggestions情态动词should shouldn't.的用法情态动词可以用来表示“提议”、“建议”或“请求”等。1.情态动词should作“应该;可以”讲,用以表达职责和义务、提出劝告,而且表述的是自己的主观看法,其后接动词原形。I think you should lie down and have a good rest.我觉得你应该躺下好好休息。You should get up early so that you can take some exercise. 你应当早起以便能够进行锻炼。2.should的否定式是should not / shouldn’t,意思是“不应当;不该”。You shouldn’t eat too much junk food.你不该吃太多的垃圾食品。You should not jump so high. It is too dangerous.你不应该跳那么高, 太危险了。Step 3翻译练习You shouldn’t eat so much next time.下次你不应该吃那么多了。He should see a dentist and get an X-ray.他应该去看牙医并拍X光片。Should I put some medicine on it? Yes, you should.
