本课教学内容选择《英语 拓展模块》第八单元“Making a Career Plan”的文化理解(Culture Understanding)和语言实践板块(Language Practice)。文化理解部分是一篇关于工作和生活的语篇,理解作者提出的三方面建议,认识到工作与生活之间实现平衡的重要意义。语言实践板块内容以状语从句为主题,有语法练习和词汇练习两个部分。该板块教学内容要求在职业规划的语境中,学生能准确理解并运用词汇,巧妙运用状语从句丰富表达。
学情分析
本板块教学内容是听说、读写部分的延续和复习,在对工作和生活的语篇理解的基础上,通过状语从句的复习和学习进一步深化职业规划的话题认知。鉴于学生本身词汇有限,时态观念混淆,逻辑思维能力较为欠缺,因而语法部分的学习面临诸多困难,所以教师在课堂上应围绕职业规划的话题,多设置语境、注重对学生语用意识和情感意识的培养,兼顾各个层次的学生,使每个学生都学有所获。
