It's nt like skipping the late news means that I dn't knw what's ging n in the wrld. I still d read, listen t, and watch news stries. Just nt right befre I g t bed. That makes it easier t fall asleep and then stay asleep withut dreaming abut crime, wars, r natural disasters. (Althugh that dream I had abut ging t the prm might cunt as a natural disaster!) It's definitely a much gentler way t end the day. I like it s much that I'm ging t nt nly cntinue the n news befre bed practice, but I'm als ging t experiment with turning ff ther electrnics earlier in the evening, things like the cmputer and smartphne.
